When the goods are delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of received delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Any transit damage shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of the delivery.

If the goods arrive in a damage condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and report any shortages within 3days of receipt by fax or email.
In-correct goods
It is the costumer's responsibility to notify us of any in-correct good supplied within 3 days of delivery.

Under guarantee repairs
All goods over 14 days since receipt by the customer will be repaired inline with the manufacture guarantee and you should complete a customer service document that is to be sent back via post or emails to sales@fortress-stone.co.uk detailing your problem, this form is available from the customer services department on Tel: 028 93350202 or email for a copy. Cancelled and returned goods
In acceptance with the distance selling regulations 2000 you may cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
